We are in the LAPPIN LIGHTING BUILDING at the corner of 3rd Ave North and 2nd Street North in the warehouse district of downtown Minneapolis. The entrance to the building is on 2nd Street.

FREE 30 MINUTE PARKING is available on the East side of 3rd Avenue North in front of Lappin Lighting and we have reserved spaces in the LAPPIN LIGHTING PARKING LOT on the West side of 3rd Ave North ½ block north of our building. Park in the spaces that state “Reserved: Law Office Parking.

FROM THE WEST:
Going East on 394, follow the signs to downtown Minneapolis. Take Exit Ramp 9C to 3rd Avenue North and Washington Avenue. Go straight one block (on 3rd Avenue) to 2nd Street and you will be at our office building.

FROM THE EAST
(from SAINT PAUL):
Take 94 west toward downtown Minneapolis. Take the 5th Street exit. At the end of the exit – just before the Dome – turn right onto 11th Avenue South. Take 11th Avenue South to Washington Avenue and turn left (west) onto Washington Avenue. Take Washington Avenue to 3rd Avenue NORTH (further west than 3rd Avenue South). Go one block to 2nd Street North where our building is on your right.

FROM THE SOUTH:
Take 35W directly into downtown Minneapolis and drive toward the north side of downtown. Turn left (west) onto Washington Avenue to 3rd Avenue NORTH (further west than 3rd Avenue South). Turn right (north) onto 3rd Avenue North and go one block to 2nd Street North where our building is on your right.

FROM THE NORTH:
Take Hennepin Avenue toward downtown Minneapolis. A few blocks after you’ve crossed the river into downtown, turn right onto Washington Avenue. Go 3 blocks to 3rd Avenue North and take a right onto 3rd Avenue North. Go one block to 2nd Street North where our building is on your right.
